I’m no expert on forensics, but to my knowledge autopsies (where the do things like check for drugs) can take from around 24 hours to six weeks! Of course, this depends on the drug used! Some drugs may not leave a trace at all… don’t get any ideas!

Antibiotics get metabolised and excreted from our body over a period of time after they exerted there action on the germs. Of course, one should not take it when that is not required to avoid any detrimental effect.
