If i could swap and be a vet in the army today, i don’t think i would. I love my job, i love that i get to work in the lab and put lectures and presentations together. It’s rarely dull and i’m constantly learning new things. I don’t think i’d enjoy the strictness of the army these days, i’m too used to the freedom i get as a lecturer!

      Good question.

I think there are still so many jobs I could do. I have started to develop video games as a hobby. That would certainly be a great job too!

I had no idea what I wanted to do when I left school. I liked biology and chemistry so I thought about doing biochemistry. I also thought about medicine & pharmacy. But when I went to the university open days I decided I like Aberdeen the best… so I went with pharmacy. I actually really enjoy it now that I have specialised.

Looking back, I think I’d have like to have been a dolphin trainer… but I’m not sure there is much call for those as a profession?!
