• Question: what pictures do you want to design

      That’s a good question! We have some bacteria carrying a plasmid for green fluorescent protein which means they make this protein and glow green under UV light. I’d like to make a picture of yoda using these bacteria.
      There are some very good pictures drawn but my artistic skills are very lacking! I saw the American Society of Microbiology competition and I immediately wanted to have a go and thought it would be a fun thing to do to teach people about bacteria.
