• Question: Whats the hardest part of your job?

      Dealing with students 🙂 Most of them are great, but some have some real problems and we’re not always able to help them, only advise where they can go for proper help. It can be really hard to know that a student is dealing with some pretty awful stuff and knowing there’s nothing we can do about it, we just have to try and support them when we can.
      Plus it’s really irritating when they don’t come to the lectures and moan that they have a bad mark 🙂

      Fitting it all it! I’ve got lots of things to do and I need to manage my time well in order to make sure I get everything done on time!

      Great question! To stop thinking about new ideas…more idea means more work for you to prove them right (or wrong). And if you enjoy it is even harder to stop thinking!!
