      That’s a brilliant question! 🙂

I have always been interested in history and also, my history teacher was fantastic. I still love history and am always reading about it, but I never wanted a job relating to it.

I also loved biology and chemistry, but the lessons were mixed. However, a career in science was much more appealing to me than a career in history. For me, the kind of jobs you can get out of studying history were not as exciting as becoming a scientist and exploring the boundaries of human knowledge!

I suppose, to summarise, just because you enjoy doing something doesn’t mean it should be your career. Somethings are better kept as hobbies!

      Hope that makes sense!
