Interesting question! Any significant environmental change such as global warming would trigger adaptation in the living world to thrive on and thus linked to some of the drug resistance mechanisms and thier transmission from one community to other! We should explore the nature not to exploit!!
Not directly but global warming could make it worse, as Sanjib says, through adaptations to new growth conditions, or as temperature increases, different bacteria may cause illnesses in more places leading to more use of antibiotics and then increased resistance through this.
