• Question: Have you ever helped to discover any new drugs to use?

      I have discovered new drugs!

      But sadly it’s unlikely any of them will make it to be used by humans. Discovery is the first step in a long process of making medicines. Only 1 in 1000s will ever make it from the discover step to the hospital!

      I am currently working a drug someone else discovered that might one day be used to help treat tuberculosis (TB) which is very exciting!
