• Question: Whats the most enthralling thing you have seen in the lab?

      The megaplate video of bacteria becoming resistant to an antibiotic. There is an increasing gradient of drug across the plate and as the bacteria become resistant they can progress to growth on the next section. It’s filmed using time lapse and i think it looks pretty cool.

      I haven’t really done many lab based experiments of my own but I agree with Donna, the video she mentioned is pretty cool!
