      Probably because there’s not enough clinical evidence for it working and its open to abuse without thorough guidelines into its use and control.
      There’s ongoing research and trials though and someone was recently prescribed cannabis oil (it doesn’t have the psychoactive compound in it) in the UK for help with epilepsy
